Australia’s most rigorous carbon-positive home design competition asks one demanding question: can a home produce more energy than it uses and pay back the entire embodied carbon of its materials by 2050? The KETO Project doesn’t just meet that challenge — it beats it, reaching net zero carbon by 2048, two years ahead of target.

- Genuinely airtight — targeting ≤0.6 air changes per hour, against an NCC maximum of 10.
- Best-in-class materials research — carbon-storing timber, wood-fibre insulation and a fully circular, recycled and recyclable material palette.
- Healthy by design — filtered fresh air, low-VOC interiors and stable, comfortable temperatures all year round.

Because every project is different (site conditions, builder costs and level of finish), it’s difficult to provide a fixed total build price. But we can offer clear pricing for our prefabricated package.

This package includes our award-winning high-performance prefabricated system to bring your home to lock-up stage — ideal for owner-builders or those wanting flexibility in how their home is finished.
